This will be the last year I use Intuit for anything.
I'll find a company that I don't have to call out of the country to get help and that actually improves its products rather than taking away features. I am through with Intuit's lack of customer service. We are now going to find another accounting solution and will replace payroll, payments, and tax prep as well. One of the reasons I use QBO and TurboTax is due to the ability of importing. This is total BS! A new product for more money with less functionality. It turns out there are a lot of things that QB Online doesn't do that I could do with desktop. Had all kinds of issues converting, especially since we use QB Payments and QB Payroll. I used desktop for years and was talked into going to the online version. In the meantime, stay tuned to our Community page for new product updates and releases!

I'd like an opportunity to help walk you through bringing your QuickBooks Online data easily to TurboTax Desktop for tax filling.Ĭurrently, the ability to directly import your data to Turbotax Desktop is not yet available. As mentioned by you'll have to convert your QuickBooks Online data to QuickBooks Desktop using a trial subscription. The last thing I want is to see you leave because of the importing limitations.
